Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Information

The checkout shows the selected plan, billing currency, total charge, billing interval and any applicable tax before you confirm payment. Where a seven-day introductory trial is offered, you provide a payment method when starting it and authorise the disclosed monthly or annual charge automatically when the trial ends. Cancel before the end of day seven to avoid that first charge. Monthly and annual paid plans then renew automatically at the same interval until cancelled.

• Monthly Premium renews each month.
• Annual Premium is charged as one annual total and renews once each year. Any monthly-equivalent figure is for comparison only.
• Stripe processes payment using the payment method saved for your subscription.
• The introductory trial is limited to one per customer and payment method. A trial can be declined or cancelled without charge where prior use or an unverifiable payment method is detected; a normal paid checkout remains available.
• You can see your next billing date and manage payment details from account subscription settings.

Cancel online from Account → Manage Subscription, or email support@neurobuff.app with the account email. End-of-period cancellation stops the next renewal and preserves paid access until the displayed end date. Immediate cancellation ends paid access immediately and is offered during the applicable refund window. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.

Neurobuff currently offers a full refund when immediate cancellation or account deletion is completed within 14 days after the relevant subscription payment succeeds, including an eligible renewal period, and Stripe can return the payment to its original method. After 14 days, refunds are not automatic unless required by law. This commercial policy does not reduce statutory cooling-off, faulty digital-content or other mandatory rights. When a recent monthly-to-annual upgrade used unused monthly value as a Stripe proration credit, immediate cancellation also returns that credited value from the original monthly charge. If the monthly payment is itself within 14 days, that payment is refunded in full; otherwise only the unused value carried into the annual upgrade is returned.

Where distance-selling law gives you a cancellation right, you may exercise it through the online cancellation flow or by a clear statement emailed to support@neurobuff.app. Include your name, account email, plan and purchase date. You do not need to use specific wording. If you request immediate access to paid digital services, the law may affect the amount refundable once supply has begun, but Neurobuff’s stated 14-day commercial refund will apply where it is more favourable.

Material changes to price or renewal terms apply no earlier than the date explained in our notice and will not retrospectively change a billing period already paid for. Where required, we will provide advance notice and a meaningful opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
